Charlie brings a wealth of legal knowledge, investigative skill, and financial insight to his role as an LLP, with a career shaped by decades of diverse professional experience. A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Charlie earned his bachelor’s degree in English with honors from Temple University and later completed his paralegal certification through the American Institute for Paralegal Studies.
Charlie’s legal career began in the court system immediately after college, sparking a deep interest in the law and providing him with firsthand insight into the inner workings of the judicial process. Over the years, he has served in a variety of roles—including probation officer, investigator for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, and loan officer—each of which has enhanced his understanding of legal procedure, investigative methodology, and financial management.
Sworn in as a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) in June 2025, Charlie offers strategic support in a multitude of family law matters. Charlie brings over 20 years of experience as a paralegal, particularly in complex litigation cases involving asset and debt division and high conflict custody cases involving domestic violence. His multidisciplinary background allows him to approach each case with a creative and pragmatic mindset.
